Paying your rent is hassle-free with multiple options available:

1. Bank Transfer: Ensure you use your name and student ID as the payment reference. Note that internaConal bank transfers may incur charges from your bank
2. Property Reception Desk: Pay in person at the property's reception
3. Telephone: Call the property team to make payment over the phone

Upon accepting your room offer, you have two options:

1. Pay your rent in full.
2. Pay your rent every calendar month across the year.

You are welcome to bring most of your personal belongings. However, please note that certain electrical items may not be suitable for our properties due to compatibility issues. Non-UK compliant electricals, like rice cookers, pose fire risks when used with UK power outlets

Your rent covers utility bills like gas, electricity, and water. Additionally, unlimited Wi-Fi is included. Please note that TV license is not part of your rent and is your responsibility to purchase. All properties offer Wi-Fi at the stated level, with no extra charge for on-site internet use. Some providers may offer additional services at extra cost, but this is independent of your tenancy agreement.

Full payment of due rent is required during check-in. If this poses challenges, please contact the property as soon as possible for assistance.
